| dc.description.abstract | Studujeme bohatou strukturu periodických stacionárních řešení Nagumovy reakčně-difúzní rovnice na mřížce. Díky prozkoumání vztahu s Nagumovou rovnicí na grafu-kružnici jsme schopni rozdělit tato periodická řešení do tříd ekvivalence, které dále můžeme částečně uspořádat a určit jejich počet. K tomuto účelu používáme kombinatorické koncepty jako náhrdelníky (necklaces), náramky (bracelets) a Lyndonova slova. | cs |

By exploring the relationship with Nagumo equations on cyclic graphs we are able to divide these periodic solutions into equivalence classes that can be partially ordered and counted.
