dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je představit teorii tlumočení, charakterizovat odborný francouzský jazyk a vytvořit glosář relevantní pro studenty tlumočení nebo jazyků, kteří chtějí pracovat v podniku. V teoretické části práce zpracovává danou problematiku - obecné informace o tlumočení, seznamuje s druhy tlumočení a různými kontexty jeho použití. Praktická část charakterizuje odborný francouzský jazyk a obsahuje glosář. Zvoleným tématem glosáře je potravinářství a související podnikání. Glosář byl vytvořen analýzou prezentačních videí podniků ve francouzském jazyce a je rozdělen do dvou částí. První část se zaměřuje na terminologii specifickou pro potravinářský průmysl, druhá část obsahuje další pojmy, které se mohou v tomto odvětví objevit, ale nejsou specifické jen pro něj. Každý termín je doplněn definicí svého významu, jak byl použit ve videu a jak je relevantní pro dané téma.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the theory of interpretation, characterize the French language for specific purposes and create a glossary relevant for students of interpretation or language students who want to work in a business. In the theoretical part, this thesis presents the subject concerned - general information about interpretation, it introduces the modes of interpretation and the different contexts of its use. The practical part characterizes the French specialty language and contains the glossary. The chosen topic of the glossary is the food industry and related affairs. It was created by an analysis of corporate videos in French. The glossary is divided into two parts. One part focuses on the terminology specific to the food industry and the second part contains additional terms that may be relevant to this industry but are not specific to it. Each term is accompanied by a definition of its meaning as used in the video and as is relevant to the topic.en
