dc.description.abstractPředmětem předložené bakalářské práce je analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí vybrané společnosti s cílem navržení modelu internacionalizace na německý trh. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části je pojem a proces internacionalizace, formy vstupu podniku na zahraniční trh, modely internacionalizace a popis strategické analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení dílčích analýz společnosti a vyhodnocení její současného stavu. Na základě provedeného šetření je navržen model vstupu společnosti na zahraniční trh, který je představen geografickou lokalizací expanze, výběrem metody vstupu na zahraniční trh a doporučením o správném načasování internacionalizačních aktivit. V závěru práce jsou uvedená doporučení a opatření pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti před vstupem na zahraniční trh.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of the submitted thesis is to make external and internal analysis of the company and propose the model of internationalization into the German market. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The subject of theoretical part is the definition and the process of internationalization, the foreign market entry methods, the models of internationalization and the strategic analysis of the company. The practical part is focused on the implementation of the analyses on the company and its evaluation of current state. On the research basis is proposed the model of internationalization, which is consisted of the part of geographic location, then a choice of foreign market entry method and the suggestion of the right time pointing for international activities of the company. The thesis conclusion contains recommendations and measures to strength the company competitiveness before the start of the internationalization process.en
