dc.description.abstractTato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a následnou optimalizaci podnikových procesů Referencí ve společnosti 4flow. Byla identifikována slabá místa v současném řízení procesů a navrženy možnosti jejich zlepšení prostřednictvím standardizace a automatizace pomocí systému Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Práce dále ukazuje, že implementace RPA systému by přinesla podniku přínosy nejen z hlediska minimalizace chyb, zvýšení kvalifikace zaměstnanců a zvýšení motivace, ale také z hlediska úspor nákladů a celkové ekonomické efektivity. Investice by vygenerovala úsporu ve výši, čisté současné hodnotě, téměř jednoho milionu Kč během prvních čtyř let. Výsledky této práce proto mohou sloužit jako cenný podklad pro zavedení navrhovaných RPA systémů ve společnostics
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the analysis and subsequent optimization of the References business processes in the company 4flow. Weak points in the current process management were identified, and improvement possibilities were proposed through standardization and automation using a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system. The study demonstrates that the implementation of the RPA system would benefit the company not only by minimizing errors, increasing employee qualification, and boosting motivation but also in terms of cost savings and overall economic efficiency. The investment would generate savings of nearly one million CZK within four years. Therefore, the findings of this thesis can serve as a valuable basis for the company's implementation of the proposed RPA systemsen
