dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou managementu znalostí a jeho implementací v podniku. Práce je strukturována do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, popisu přínosů managementu znalostí a vysvětlení procesu jeho zavádění do organizace. Úvod praktické části zahrnuje představení společnosti A. PÖTTINGER, spol. s.r.o., v níž byla provedena empirická část kvalifikační práce. V rámci tohoto podniku byl proveden znalostní audit, který zahrnoval vlastní pozorování, výzkumné šetření mezi zaměstnanci a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s jedním z vedoucích pracovníků. Na základě získaných výsledků byla navržena konkrétní opatření na zlepšení dostupnosti znalostí a rozšíření znalostního potenciálu firmy. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat současný stav managementu znalostí v podniku a doporučit kroky vedoucí k jeho efektivnímu rozvoji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of knowledge management and its implementation in the company. The thesis is structured in two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts, description of the benefits of knowledge management and explanation of the process of its implementation in the organization. The introduction of the practical part includes an introduction of the company A. PÖTTINGER, spol. s.r.o., where the empirical part of the qualification work was carried out. A knowledge audit was conducted within this company, which included own observations, a research survey among employees, and a semi-structured interview with one of the managers. Based on the results obtained, specific measures were proposed to improve the availability of knowledge and expand the knowledge potential of the company. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the current state of knowledge management in the company and to recommend steps leading to its effective development.en
