| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychologické aspekty wellness. Obsahuje šest kapitol, prvních pět kapitol je teoretických a poslední kapitola je praktická. Po úvodní kapitole následuje kapitola o pojmu wellness a jeho teoretických východiscích. V kapitole se rozebírají související pojmy zdraví a well-being. Třetí kapitola je věnována mezilidským vztahům a komunikaci. Další kapitola rozebírá pojem selfness a jednotlivé aspekty, které s ním souvisí. Větší celky, kterými se tato kapitola zabývá, jsou duševní hygiena, sebepoznání, sebepojetí a sebeřízení. Kapitolou o fyzické dimenzi wellness je uzavřena teoretická část práce. Obsahuje podkapitoly o výživě a péči o tělo. Praktická část formou dotazníku srovnává vysokoškolské studenty, Fakulty pedagogické Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Studenti byli rozděleni podle oborů na skupinu studentů studujících Psychologii či Výchovu ke zdraví a na studenty z jiných oborů této fakulty. | dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on the psychological aspects of wellness. It contains six chapters, the first five chapters are theoretical and the last chapter is practical. After an introductory chapter is followed by a chapter on the concept of wellness and its theoretical foundations. The chapter then examines the related concepts of health and well-being. The third chapter is devoted to interpersonal relationships and communication. The next chapter discusses the notion of selfness and various aspects related to it. Larger units, which in this chapter, are mental hygiene, self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-management. A chapter of the physical dimension of wellness closed the theoretical part. It contains subsections about nutrition and body care. The practical part consists of a questionnaire compares college students from Faculty of Education, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The students were divided according to fields to the group of students studying Psychology and Health education and to the group of students from other disciplines of the faculty. Questionnaire survey finds manifestation of the selfness elements in the student's lifes. | en |
