| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice supervize v domovech pro seniory v Jihočeském kraji. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je supervize v zařízeních využívána a jaký dopad a přínos má pro zaměstnance. Výzkum probíhal prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, s využitím výpovědí zaměstnanců domovů pro seniory. Z výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že nejčastěji zvolenou supervizní metodou je skupinová supervize a nejčastěji je prováděna jedenkrát za půl roku. Zaměstnanci jsou ve většině případů se supervizí spokojeni a nejvíce oceňují pomoc při řešení problematických situací z praxe. Supervize jim mimo jiné poskytuje druhý pohled k situacím, které zaměstnanci potřebují řešit. Z výzkumu vyplývá, jak důležité je, aby supervizorem byl opravdu specialista, který dané problematice rozumí. Z výsledků provedeného výzkumu vychází, že byla většina zaměstnanců se supervizí i supervizorem spokojena a podle odpovědí jim poskytovala ve většině případů velký přínos a měla dopad i na jejich pracovní působení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of supervision in homes for the elderly in the South Bohemia Region. The aim of the thesis is to find out how supervision is used in the facilities and what impact and benefits it has for the employees. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey, using the testimonies of employees of homes for the elderly. The research survey shows that group supervision is the most frequently chosen supervision method and is most often carried out once every six months. In most cases, the employees are satisfied with the supervision and mostly appreciate the help in solving problematic situations from practice. Among other things, supervision gives them a second perspective on situations that employees need to address. The research shows how important it is for the supervisor to be a true specialist who understands the issue. The results of the research show that most employees were satisfied with the supervision and the supervisor, and according to the answers, in most cases it provided them with great benefits and had an impact on their work performance. | en |
