dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a hodnocení výkonu pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení způsobu motivace a hodnocení pracovníků, která povedou k efektivnímu rozvoji zaměstnanců a ekonomickým výsledkům společnosti. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury. Praktická část charakterizuje společnost a popisuje její personální a mzdovou politikou. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s manažery analyzuje stávající způsob motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců v některých útvarech společnosti a zjišťuje jeho nedostatky. Závěrečná část obsahuje návrhy a doporučení, jež byly předány personálnímu útvaru a zapracovány do metodiky hodnocení pracovníků, a ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on motivation and evaluation of staff performance in the selected company. The aim of this thesis is to suggest measures to improve the way of motivation and staff evaluation which will lead to efficient staff development and economic benefits of the company. The theoretical part summarizes the findings gained from professional literature. The practical part characterizes the company and describes the personnel and the wage policy of the company. This part, based on a questionnaire survey and on talks with managers, analyses the existing way of motivating and evaluating the staff in some departments of the company and discovers drawbacks in the way staff have been motivated and evaluated up to now. The final part contains suggestions and recommendations, which have been handed over to the personnel department and integrated into a new methodology of the staff evaluation, and the economic evaluation of the proposed measures.en
