dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje problematice psychologické smlouvy v posuzované organizaci a je zaměřena na zkoumání oblasti utváření a udržování psychologických smluv zaměstnanců vybrané organizace. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit projevy psychologické smlouvy v posuzované organizaci a následně navrhnout doporučení pro vhodné využití psychologické smlouvy v řízení organizace. Dílčím cílem je objasnit význam, pojetí a souvislosti uplatnění psychologické smlouvy v organizacích. Součástí práce je shrnutí důležitých výsledků a formulace závěrů a poznatků práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of psychological contract in the assessed organization and is focused on the investigation of the area of formation and maintenance of psychological contracts of employees of the selected organization. The main objective of the thesis was to analyze and evaluate the manifestations of the psychological contract in the assessed organization and then to propose recommendations for the appropriate use of the psychological contract in the management of the organization. The partial objective is to clarify the meaning, concept and context of the application of the psychological contract in organizations. The thesis includes a summary of the important results and the formulation of conclusions and findings of the thesis.en
