| dc.description.abstract | Článek je zaměřen na plánovanou novelu zákoníku práce v oblasti práce na dálku (tzv. home office) a kriticky hodnotí pozitiva i negativa připravované právní regulace. Článek nejenže upozorňuje na důsledky, které by v praxi mohly nastat, dojde-li k přijetí právní úpravy v navrhované podobě, ale zabývá se i některými dalšími oblastmi, které novela upravit měla, avšak zákonodárce tak neučinil. | cs |
