dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivování zaměstnanců v organizaci, protože dobře motivovaní zaměstnanci jsou základem pro správné fungování společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat motivační plán společnosti Česká pošta, s. p., najít slabé stránky a nabídnout efektivnější motivační plán. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy včetně vztahů mezi nimi a jak vytvořit motivační plán. Na začátku praktické části je představena společnost a analyzován současný motivační program. Další část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. Dotazníky byly vytvořeny ve dvou verzích pro zaměstnance a pro zákazníky pro zjištění obou stran pohledu. V závěrečné části byly navrženy opatření pro zlepšení situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of The Motivation of Employees at an Organization because well motivated employees are the basis for proper functioning of a society. The aim of this work is to analyze the motivating plan of the society of Česká pošta, s. p., to find weaknesses and to propose more effectice motivating plan. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are explained basic therms including relations between them and how to create a motivating plan. At the beginning of the practical part the societe is presented and the current motivating programme is analyzed. The other part consists of a questionnaire survey and of a SWOT analysis. Questionnaires were created in two versions - for employees and customers to determine the point of view of both sides. In the final part new proposals have been suggested to improve the situation.en
