dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je metoda Balanced Scorecard, která je podniky využívána v rámci jejich strategického řízení. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se strategického managementu, představena metoda BSC a popsán postup její implementace. Cílem praktické části je tvorba návrhu implementace strategie pomocí metody BSC v podniku STAVBY VZL s.r.o. Pro podnik je vytvořena analýza jeho prostředí, formulovány mise, vize, strategie a strategické cíle pro roky 2025-2027, prostřednictvím kterých je vytvořena strategická mapa. Každému cíli je přiřazen klíčový ukazatel výkonnosti, který sleduje naplnění konkrétního cíle. Následně je provedeno vytvoření plánu strategických akcí potřebných k naplnění strategických cílů. Pro návrh implementace je vytvořen časový harmonogram a závěrečné zhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the Master's thesis is the Balanced Scorecard method used by companies in the framework of their strategic management. The theoretical part explains concepts related to strategic management, introduces the BSC method and describes the procedure for its implementation. The aim of the practical part is to create a strategy implementation proposal using the BSC method in the company STAVBY VZL s.r.o. An analysis of its environment is created for the company. Mission, vision, strategy and strategic goals for 2025-2027 are formulated and are used to create a strategic map. Each objective is associated with a key performance indicator that monitors the achievement of the specific objective. Subsequently, the creation of a plan of strategic actions necessary to fulfill the strategic goals is carried out. A timetable and a final evaluation are created for the implementation proposal.en
