dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Analýza mezigeneračních odlišností v pracovním prostředí v oblasti odměňování se zaměřuje na zjištění a následnou charakteristiku mezigeneračních odlišností, co například generace X, Y, Z preferuje a co naopak již není pro danou generaci v rámci odměňování lákadlem. Teoretická část práce představuje literární pojetí zkoumané problematiky a vymezuje generace X, Y a Z. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které blíže seznamuje čtenáře s mezigeneračními rozdíly, tj. aktuálními názory, postoji a další. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na řízení mezigeneračního pracoviště ve společnostech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor's thesis on the Analysis of Intergenerational Differences in the Working Environment in the Area of Remuneration focuses on the identification and subsequent characterization of intergenerational differences, what, for example, Generation X, Y, Z prefers and what, on the contrary, is no longer an attraction for a given generation in terms of remuneration. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the literary concept of the researched issue and defines generations X, Y and Z. The practical part contains the results of the questionnaire survey, which introduces the reader to the intergenerational differences,i.e. actual opinions, attitudes, etc. The paper concludes with suggestions for managing the intergenerational workplace in companies.en
