dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce "Elektronický obchod B2C v České republice" je zaměřena na charakterizování B2C e-commerce v České republice, definování výhod a nevýhod pro prodávajícího a spotřebitele, analyzování internetového obchodu ZOOT se zaměřením na marketing a webové stránky. V první části je vymezena e-commerce, její výhody a nevýhody, fakta o vývoji B2C e-commerce v České republice. Dále jsou definovány pojmy z internetového marketingu a možnosti hodnocení kvality webu. V druhé části práce je rozebrán internetový obchod ZOOT, jeho historie, filozofie, ztvárnění, konkurence, marketingový mix a webové stránky. Pro zhodnocení všech aktivit ZOOTu byla sestavena SWOT analýza, ze které vyplynuly silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby, na jejichž základě byla formulována doporučení pro další praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis "E-commerce B2C in the Czech Republic" is focused on the characterizing of B2C e-commerce in the Czech Republic, defining the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of the seller and the consumer, analyzing e-shop ZOOT, its marketing activities and website. In the first part, the author defines e-commerce, its advantages and disadvantages, facts about the development of electronic commerce on the B2C market in the Czech Republic. In the following part are defined the concepts of Internet marketing and the possibility of evaluating the quality of the web site. The second part is dedicated to online shop ZOOT, its history, philosophy, interpretation, market competition, marketing mix and website. For the appropriate evaluation of all ZOOT's activities SWOT analysis was created. Analyzing mentioned e-shop showed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, based on analysis results further recommendations were created.en
