dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na zkoumání sociálního klimatu vybrané firmy jako prostředku k dosažení strategických cílů. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku podniku a analýzu jeho strategického plánu pro následující období. Jsou zde uvedeny strategické cíle, analýza podnikatelského prostředí a odvozený finanční plán. V praktické části byla provedena analýza sociálního klimatu firmy s důrazem na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců a podnikovou kulturu a formulace stimulačních faktorů souvisejících se sociálním klimatem a výkonností zaměstnanců. Východiskem této analýzy bylo provedené dotazníkové šetření ve sledovaném podniku. V poslední části práce byl autorem vypracován projekt zaměřený na podporu žádoucího sociálního klimatu v organizaci, který podpoří naplnění výkonnostních cílů firmy. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit stávající sociální klima podniku a v poslední části navrhnout možná dodatečná opatření na podporu výkonnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on understanding social chmate in o company as a means to achieve strategics objectives. The first part discusses the characterozation of the company and analysis of strategic plan for the future. The author presented the strategic objectives, analysis of the business enviroment and derivation of the financial plan for next years. In the practical part of this work, the reader can find the analysis of social climate with an emphasis on corporate culture and job satisfaction of employees. It also contains findings that shows direkt relationship of stimulating factors that are connected to social chmate and the performance of employees. The basis of this analysis has been formed with a help of a surfy in the company. In the last part of this work the author developer a project to foster desirable social chmate in an organisation. This project can help to promote the fulfillment of employees performance target of the company.en
