| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení současné ekonomické situace a konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Lasselsberger, s. r. o. na trhu keramických obkladů a dlažeb. Dále přináší návrhy opatření ke zlepšení této situace a k posílení konkurenčního postavení společnosti. Začátek práce je věnován charakteristice společnosti Lasselsberger, s. r. o., popisu jejího historického vývoje, cílů, podnikatelské činností a nabízených produktů. Pro zhodnocení současné konkurenční pozice společnosti na trhu je vypracována analýza vnitřního a vnějšího okolí podniku. Pro posouzení vnějšího okolí společnosti je aplikována PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil, pro zhodnocení vnitřního okolí je zpracována analýza vnitřních zdrojů a schopností. Pro zhodnocení stávající ekonomické situace společnosti jsou využity poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy. Na základě výsledků výše zmíněných analýz je zpracována SWOT analýza společnosti. V závěru práce jsou závisle na výsledcích zpracovaných analýz navržena opatření ke zlepšení stávající ekonomické situace a konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of current economic situation and competitiveness of the company Lasselsberger, s.r.o. on the market of ceramic wall and floor tiles. The thesis brings suggestions for improvement of economical health of the company and for its market share increase. The first chapter of the thesis describes characteristics of the company Lasselsberger, s. r. o., its history, goals and strategies, business activities and marketed products. Enviromental analysis of internal and external enviroment of the company has been accomplished to evaluate current competitiveness of the company on the market. The Porter five forces analysis and the PEST analysis (Political, Economic, Social and Technological analysis) has been perfomed to justify external micro and macro enviroment of the company. Internal business enviroment has been assessed in the analysis of internal company resources and abilities. The financial ratios have been used for financial analysis of the current economic situation of the company. The SWOT analysis of the company has been carried out on the basis of results of the above mentioned analyses. Conclusions of the bachelor thesis suggest actions for improvement of the current economic situation and competitiveness of the company. The recommended actions are based on outputs that have resulted from all investigations and analyses performed. | en |
