| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku žen v managementu. Je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve uvedeny základní definice a následně je popsána genderová nerovnost, také příčiny, důsledky genderové nerovnosti a způsoby zavádění genderové rovnosti do organizace. Poslední kapitola popisuje přínosy a rizika žen v managementu. Praktická část se zabývá stereotypy a předsudky. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí dotazníků. | cs |

In the theoretical part, basic definitions are given first and then gender inequality is described, also causes, consequences of gender inequality and ways of introducing gender equality into the organization. The last chapter describes the benefits and risks of women in management. In practical part is presented research, created based on questionnaires.
