dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá důležitými personálními procesy v organizaci. Jedná se o proces přijímání, orientace a adaptace nových zaměstnanců v podniku SENESI, SE. První část práce je teoretická. V této části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny na základě odborné literatury základní pojmy, které souvisí s personálními procesy. Následuje praktická část, ve které je představena společnost SENESI, SE. V praktické části je popsán proces přijímání, adaptace a orientace zaměstnanců v podniku. Následně je provedena analýza a zhodnocení zmíněných procesů ve vybrané společnosti. V závěru jsou navrženy opatření ke zlepšení současné situace společnosti v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with important personnel processes in the organization. The work is focused on the company SENESI, SE and their processes of recruiting new employees, their orientation and adaptation in the company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical. The basic terms, which are related to personnel processes are explained based on professional literature. The following part is practical and introduces the company SENESI, SE. There are described the processes of recruiting new empolyees, their orientation and adaptation in the company. Subsequently, the processes in the selected company are analysed and evaluated. In the conclusion of the work there are proposed measures to improve the existing situation of the company in the area of human resource management.en
