dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt implementace strategického programu organizace XYZ s.r.o. zabývající se autorizovaným prodejem a servisem vozů prémiové značky. Práce je zpracována na základě prolínání teoretických a praktických částí v logických souvislostech. V úvodu je společnost a její nabízené produkty a služby charakterizovány. Dále je specifikován střednědobý strategický plán, na který navazuje analýza podnikatelského prostředí. Následně je vybrána vhodná strategie vedoucí k naplnění strategického plánu. Dlouhodobé cíle jsou rozpracovány na krátkodobé, z nichž se vycházelo při sestavení finančního plánu. Na základě analýzy rizik je provedena citlivostní analýza a jsou zpracovány scénáře. Předposlední část se zabývá implementací strategického plánu pomocí strategických akcí a v závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení této implementační fáze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThesis is focused on Project of Implementation of Strategic Programme of Organization XYZ. The company is an authorized dealer and service centre of the premium brand cars. In this thesis are interwined theoretical to the practical part in a logical context. An introductory chapter includes characteristic of the company and its portfolio of offered products and services. The next chapter is focused on the definition of the medium-term strategic plan, followed by an analysis of the company environment. The following is select the optimal strategy leading to the fulfillment of the plan. Long-term goals are divided into short-term goals. In the following chapter is created a financial plan that respect short-term goals. Based on the risk analysis, the sensitivity analysis and the risk scenarios are processed. In the penultimate section is the implementation of the plan by the strategic actions and in the end, there is an assessment of the implementation phase.en
