| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce uvádí přehled vybraných epidemiologických modelů, dále řeší modifikace základního SIR modelu a na příkladu porovnává teoretické výsledky se známým případem šíření spálové angíny. Zaměřuje se na získání informací o vrcholu epidemie a porovnání numerických výsledků pro různá vyjádření SIR modelu. Přínosem práce je pak především převedení SIR modelu na rovnici Abelova typu, z níž bylo následně vyjádřeno řešení SIR soustavy v parametrickém tvaru. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis contains an overview of selected epidemiological models, it also discusses the modifications of the basic SIR model and compares the theoretical results with known spread of scarlatinal tonsillitis. It focuses on obtaining information about the peak of the epidemic and comparing numerical results for different expressions of the SIR model. The main contribution of this work is the transfer of SIR model to Abel's type differential equation from which the parametric solution of the SIR system was subsequently expressed. | en |
