| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností organizací v oblasti, která poskytuje finanční služby široké veřejnosti. Cílem práce bylo definovat koncept CSR, charakterizovat jednotlivé vrstvy okolí podniku, popsat finanční trh a charakterizovat subjekty finančního trhu. Výzkum byl proveden ve dvou společnostech, jež každá poskytuje finanční služby svým klientům poněkud odlišným způsobem. Zpracování praktické části probíhalo na základě analýzy webových stránek, rozboru etických kodexů a především za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Pozitivním zjištěním práce je skutečnost, že finanční instituce, ať už se jedná o banky nebo poradce, přistupují ke své práci velmi zodpovědně, jelikož pracují s finančními prostředky a majetkem cizích osob a přijímají tak veškeré následky svých rozhodnutí. Toto tvrzení je zřejmé především z otevřených otázek, které se týkaly vykonávání společensky odpovědných aktivit a názoru na CSR v oblasti finančních služeb. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis explores the Corporate Social Responsibility of organizations in the field of providing financial services to the general public. The aim of the thesis was to define the concept of CSR, characterize the various layers of the business environment, describe the financial market, and characterize the entities of the financial market. The research was conducted in two companies, each providing financial services to their clients in slightly different ways. The practical part of the thesis was based on website analysis, examination of ethical codes, and primarily through the use of questionnaire surveys. A positive finding of the study is the fact that financial institutions, whether banks or advisors, approach their work very responsibly, as they deal with the financial sources and assets of third parties and accept all the consequences of the decisions. This assertion is evident primarily from open-ended questions regarding the implementation of socially responsible activities and attitudes towards CSR in the field of financial services. | en |
