dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na talent management ve strojírenském podniku Škoda Transportation, specializujícím se na výrobu kolejových vozidel pro městskou dopravu a železnici. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající procesy talent managementu v této organizaci. Práce je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem talent, teoretické modely a procesy řízení talentů, zahrnující získávání, udržení, rozvoj a hodnocení zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje společnost Škoda Transportation a charakterizuje současné procesy řízení talentů v podniku na základě interních materiálů a osobních rozhovorů. V závěru jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení na úpravy, které by mohli vést ke zlepšení této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on talent management in the engineering company Škoda Transportation, specializing in the production of rolling stock for urban transport and railways. The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the existing talent management processes in this organization. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of talent, theoretical models and talent management processes, including the recruitment, retention, development and assessment of employees. The practical part introduces Škoda Transportation and characterizes the current talent management processes in the company based on internal materials and personal interviews. It concludes with specific recommendations for changes that could lead to improvements in this area.en
