dc.description.abstractTématem předložené bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti TERLA s.r.o. prostřednictvím metody benchmarkingu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s konkurenceschopností, analýzy mikrookolí a makrookolí, analýza konkurenta dle Portera, metoda benchmarkingu, a strategie, které vycházejí z konkurenční výhody. V praktické části je nejdříve charakterizován podnik. Následně je vypracována PEST analýza, po které následuje Porterův model pěti sil, ve kterém již jsou identifikováni současní konkurenti v odvětví. Důležitou částí praktické části je zkrácená metoda benchmarkingu, kde je sledovaný podnik srovnáván s identifikovanými konkurenty. Ze všech těchto analýz vychází SWOT analýza sledované společnosti. V poslední podkapitole praktické části jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení postavení podniku na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the Bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of the TERLA s.r.o. through benchmarking method. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical are defined basic concepts associated with competitiveness, analysis of microenviroment and macroenviroment, competitor analysis according to Porter, benchmarking and strategies that are based on the competitive advantage. In the practical part is characterized enterprise at first. Then, the PEST is formulated, followed by Porter's five forces model, in which current competitors from the branch already indetified. An important part of the practical part is also the shortened benchmarking method, where the enterprise is compared with its identified competitors. The result of all these analyses is the SWOT analysis of TERLA s.r.o. In the last subchapter of the practical part are suggested measures that could improve the position of the enterprise on the market.en
