dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na možnosti podnikání formou franchisingu, který je zde zpracován z teoretického i praktického hlediska. V teoretické části je popsána historie franchisingu, jeho základní podstata, definice a pojmy. V praktické části je představen koncept Švejk a jeho konkrétní pobočka. K analýze činnosti restaurace je použita interní a externí analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě těchto poznatků je poté zpracována SWOT analýza, která zobrazuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby podniku. Poslední částí této práce je zpracování jednotlivých návrhů na rozvoj podniku a jejich ohodnocení pomocí nákladové a časové analýzy. Mezi tyto návrhy patří například tematické akce, pitná voda zdarma a zlepšení propagace podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis focuses on business opportunities in the form of franchising which is analyzed from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The theoretical section describes the history of franchising, its fundamental nature, definition and terms. The practical part introduces the Švejk concept and its specific branch. Both internal and external analyses as well as a questionnaire survey were used to assess activities of the restaurant. Based on these findings, the SWOT analysis was compiled, specifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the enterprise. The last section of this thesis sums up the individual proposals to advance the enterprise and their evaluation by using cost and time analyses. These proposals include themed events, free drinking water and improved promotion of the enterprise.en
