dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření. V první části se nachází poznatky čerpané z odborné literatury, které se týkají definování pojmů duševní zdraví, stres a syndrom vyhoření. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány příznaky syndromu vyhoření u učitelské profese. Součástí práce je též metodický výzkum a standardizovaný rozhovor. Dotazníkovým šetřením byla u pedagogů základních škol zjišťována míra zasažení stresem. Standardizovaný rozhovor je zaměřen na vnímání stresových situací pedagogickými pracovnicemi a jejich vyrovnávání se se stresem. Cílem práce je pokusit se zjistit míru stresu, jež je jednou z příčin syndromu vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků základních škol a nastínit případná preventivní opatření, která mohou pomoci tomuto syndromu předcházet.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome. In the first part of the thesis are the findings drawn from the professional literature that are concernning to concept defining as mental health, stress and burnout syndrome. There are symptoms of burnout syndrome at teaching profession described at the end of the theoretical part of the thesis. The methodical research and standardized interview is included in the practical part of this work. By questionnaire was at primary school teachers finding out the extent of a stress contact. The standardized interview focuses on the perception of stressful situations by pedagogical workers and their coping with the stress. The aim of my thesis is to try to determine the level of stress, which is one of the causes of burnout syndrome among teachers of schools and to outline possible preventive measures that can help prevent this syndrome.en
