(There are 7 global focus areas in the model identified as critical to success.) Lominger Competency is an integrated system of highly effective talent management solution. It is flexible and customizable for any company willing to adopt this systém into company strategy and company culture. For talent management is very important evaluation of learning agility. It means ability to learn something in situation A and apply it in situation B.
