dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběru pracovníků, který představuje jeden z klíčových prvků úspěšného řízení lidských zdrojů. Správně zvolený výběrový proces významně ovlivňuje kvalitu pracovního výkonu, dlouhodobý rozvoj organizace i její konkurenceschopnost. Práce se zaměřuje jak na tradiční, tak i moderní metody výběru zaměstnanců, dále na pravidla, která výběrový proces provázejí a na rizika, jež mohou výběr ovlivnit. Praktická část je věnována analýze výběrového řízení ve společnosti Lidl. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající výběrový proces, identifikovat silné i slabé stránky. Na základě získaných dat navrhnout doporučení pro optimalizaci procesu. Práce je rozdělena do devíti kapitol. Hlavním výstupem je návrh opatření, jež mohou přispět ke zefektivnění výběru pracovníků ve zkoumané organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of worker selection, which represents one of the key elements of successful human resource management. The selection process chosen correctly significantly affects the quality of the work performance, the long-term development of the organisation and its competitiveness. The work focuses on both traditional and modern methods of employee selection, as well as the rules that accompany the selection process and the risks that may affect selection. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the selection process at Lidl. The aim of the work is to evaluate the existing selection process, identify ing strengths and weaknesses. Design recommendations for process optimization based on the data obtained. The work is divided into nine chapters. The main output is the design of measures that can help to streamline the selection of staff in the organisation under scrutiny.en
