dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je odpovědět si na otázku, zda angažovanost a pozitivní přístup učitele může ovlivnit vztah žáků ke vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a shrnutí výsledků výzkumu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na důležité vlastnosti učitele a popisuje fáze budování kariéry učitele. Ukazuje, jak významná je pro žáky motivace, chvála a konstruktivní kritika. Do jedné z podmínek pro pozitivní přístup učitele patří i psychosociální klima školy. Praktická část prezentuje a analyzuje výsledky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi učiteli, jejich pocity a zkušenosti a výsledky polostrukturovaných dotazníků vyplněných třiceti-pěti žáky ze stejné střední školy. Žáci popisují své oblíbené předměty a důvody, proč dané předměty uvádí, vyjadřují se k motivaci, hodnocení a známkování ve škole.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to answer the question whether the teacher´s enthusiasm and positive approach can affect students´ attitude to education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part and summary of work results. Theoretical part focuses on the important characteristics of the teacher and describes the stages of teacher´s career. It shows how important motivation, praise and constructive criticism are for students. The school´s psychosocial climate is one of the conditions for the teacher´s positive attitude. The practical part presents and analyzes the result of semi-structured interviews with eight teachers, their feelings and experiences and results of semi-structured questionnaires with thirty-five students from the same secondary school. The students describe their favourite subjects and give reasons why they list those subjects, they comment on motivation, evaluation and marking at school.en
