| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se věnuje tématu motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci, zabývající se obchodní činností. Autorka bakalářské práce řešila téma v návaznosti na své pracovní zaměření a zkušenosti. Vedle teoretické stránky, v níž seznamuje se základními definicemi oblasti motivování zaměstnanců, se v praktické části věnuje řešené problematice analýzou existujících stimulů a motivačních prvků zkoumaného podniku, konkrétně na skupině obchodních zástupců, jako nejproduktivnější složce pracovníků. Na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření nachází sporné body v motivačním systému podniku, týkající se nedostatečné informovanosti a odbornosti pracovníků. Výstupem práce je změna stávající formy informačních schůzek a příprava této pracovní skupiny na další vzdělávání, spočívající v absolvování kurzu komunikačních a prodejních dovedností, který je zakomponován do firemního systému motivace vzájemnou prospěšností jak pro pracovní skupinu, tak pro podnik. Výsledky bakalářské práce budou stimulem kontroly efektivity výsledků firemní motivace, jíž se podnik dosud nezabýval. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The propound Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in business organization. The author of this thesis looked into the theme further as her working specialty and experience. Next to the theoretical part, where a basic definition of employee motivation is presented, she deals with the practical problems using analysis of existing stimuli and motivational elements of scrutinized enterprise, specifically aimed on the group of sales representatives as the most productive segment of workers. On the basis of the questionnaire survey there were discovered some controversial points in the motivating system of the organization. The problems found were a lack of workers foreknowledge and professionalism. Output of this thesis is a change of the current form of the informative meetings and training for further education which consists in attending courses of communication and sales skills. The training is a part of the company motivation system by mutual expediency, either for the observed group of workers or for the enterprise. The results of this thesis will be a stimulus for checking the effectiveness of the worker´s motivation that the enterprise has not paid attention to yet. | en |
