dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou prostředí společnosti Kostelecké uzeniny a.s., která patří mezi významné výrobce masných produktů v České republice. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat vhodné strategické směřování společnosti na základě komplexní analýzy jejího vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Pro sběr informací byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který doplnil sekundární data z veřejně dostupných zdrojů. Na základě výsledků externích a interních analýz byla vytvořena SWOT analýza. Ta posloužila jako výchozí bod pro návrh strategických variant pomocí matic TOWS a IE. Následně byly navržené varianty hodnoceny pomocí nástrojů SAFe a QSPM, což umožnilo vybrat optimální strategii pro budoucí rozvoj společnosti. Výstupem práce je konkrétní strategická varianta, která reflektuje aktuální postavení firmy a její strategické cíle.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the environment of Kostelecké uzeniny a.s., one of the leading meat product manufacturers in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to identify an appropriate strategic direction for the company based on a comprehensive analysis of its internal and external environment. To collect relevant information, a semi-structured interview was conducted and supplemented with secondary data from publicly available sources. Based on the results of the external and internal analyses, a SWOT analysis was developed. This served as a foundation for generating strategic alternatives using the TOWS and IE matrices. The proposed alternatives were subsequently evaluated using the SAFe and QSPM tools, which enabled the selection of the most suitable strategy for the company's future development. The outcome of the thesis is a specific strategic option that reflects the company's current position and its long-term strategic goals.en
