| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci zaměstnanců společnosti Oiles Czech Manufacturing. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy systému motivace společnosti Oiles Czech Manufacturing navrhnout úkoly, jejichž implementace do stávajícího motivačního systému by umožnila efektivnější rozvoj a naplnění strategických cílů organizace. První část práce zahrnuje představení společnosti, formulaci jejího strategického záměru doplněnou o vliv vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Následně jsou určeny cíle managementu lidských zdrojů a jejich měřítka. Dále se diplomová práce věnuje teoretickému vymezení témat motivace a pracovní motivace. Na tuto část navazuje popis stávajícího motivačního systému organizace, který je dále analyzován a zhodnocen pomocí dotazníkových šetření a doplňujících rozhovorů. Pro naplnění stanoveného cíle práce je sestaven soubor úkolů motivační politiky podniku zahrnující návrh konkrétních opatření sloužících k implementaci. Závěr práce se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením a identifikováním rizikových faktorů působících na stanovená opatření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented diploma thesis focuses on employee motivation in the company Oiles Czech Manufacturing. The aim of the thesis is to propose tasks of the motivational policy on the basis of analysis of this policy. The implementation of these tasks should facilitate the development and realization of the strategic goals of the organization. The first part of the thesis includes the company introduction, formulation of its strategic objectives completed by the influence of factors of external and internal environment. Afterwards, the targets of the human resource management and its measures are determined. Furthermore, the diploma thesis defines the topics of motivation and work motivation. This part is followed by the description of the current motivational system of the organization, which is analyzed and assessed with help of surveys and supplementary interviews. In order to fulfil stated aim of the thesis, the set of tasks of motivational policy is compiled together with proposal of specific actions used for implementation. Finally, the thesis deals with the economic evaluation and identification of risk factors affecting the set actions. | en |
