| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení spolupráce mezi aktéry v destinaci Západočeských lázní. V teoretické části byla využita literární rešerše týkající se destinačního managementu v návaznosti na kooperaci subjektů činných napříč obory cestovního ruchu. Byly objasněny pojmy destinace, destinační management, spolupráce, a partnerství. Dále byla zpracována charakteristika Karlovarského kraje z pohledu jeho potenciálu pro odvětví cestovního ruchu. Praktická část práce prezentuje výsledky rozhovorů s klíčovými aktéry působícími v destinaci. Pro zhodnocení intenzity a kvality spolupráce bylo dále provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které přineslo poznatky o motivech subjektů ke spolupráci, charakteru spolupráce, důvěře mezi aktéry, a o nedostatcích zabraňujících působení synergických efektů. Destinace je z hlediska kooperace podniků nejsilnější v charakteristice důvěry, naopak prvek komunikace tvoří slabé místo. Nastíněny jsou návrhy pro zmírnění některých nedostatků spolupráce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented work is focused on the evaluation of cooperation among the actors in the West Bohemian Spa destinations. This thesis elaborates on a theoretical introduction to destination management with regard to cooperation of subjects active across tourism industry. The concepts of destination, destination management, cooperation, and partnership have been clarified. Furthermore, the characteristics of the Karlovy Vary Region, from the perspective of its potential for the tourism industry, were elaborated. The practical part presents the results of interviews with key stakeholders in the area. In order to evaluate the intensity and quality of cooperation, a questionnaire survey was carried out. It provided information on the subjects motives for cooperation, the character of cooperation, trust among stakeholders, and shortcomings preventing synergies. In terms of business cooperation, the destination is strongest in the characteristics of trust, while the element of communication is a weak point. With regard to the obtained data from the analysis, suggestions for alleviating some of the shortcomings of cooperation are outlined. | en |
