| dc.description.abstract | Služebnosti jsou věcným právem, které má dlouhou historii a tradici. Jedním z nejtypičtějších představitelů tohoto právního institutu jsou služebnost stezky, průhonu a cesty, jejíž historie sahá až do období římského práva. Příspěvek uvede tuto služebnost v kontextu historického vývoje od dob justiniánského práva, přes období raného feudalismu, platnosti obecného zákoníku občanského až po současnou úpravu v České republice. | cs |
