dc.description.abstractVypracovaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na znalosti a jejich řízení v podnicích České Republiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat a popsat stav uplatnění managementu znalostí v průmyslových podnicích na základě zhodnocení konkrétních bodů. Důvod, proč daný témat byl vybrán, je rostoucí význam znalostního kapitálu v současném světě a zvýšení se potřeby tento typ kapitálu řídit. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem důležitých informací, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení dané problematiky. V praktické části je představeno provedené dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém se pomocí konkrétních otázek zkoumá uplatnění managementu znalostí v České Republice. Jednotlivé otázky jsou zaměřené na nejdůležitější části teorie managementu znalostí a na jejich vývoj ve zkoumaných podnicích. V závěru je uvedeno celkové hodnocení zjištěných údajů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on knowledges and the way they are managed in companies in Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze and describe how knowledge management is applied in industrial companies, based on evaluation of specific fields of topic. The reason why this topic was chosen is because the meaning of knowledge capital is becoming higher nowadays and the requirement for managing it is growing. Theoretical part describes important information, which is needed for understanding of the problematics. Practical part provides survey, which is based on specific questions that help to draw a picture of a current situation of knowledge management development. The questions are focused on the most important parts of a knowledge management theory and describes how are they used or not used nowadays in the industrial companies. In a conclusion, there is a whole evaluation of a discovered information.en
