dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rasové diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice, a konkrétně pak rasovou diskriminací v přístupu k zaměstnání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu jsou definované všechny důležité pojmy jako je trh práce, rovnost a diskriminace, lidská rasa a etnicita. Další část představuje souhrnný přehled právní úpravy zákazu diskriminace v přístupu k zaměstnání z důvodu rasy či etnického původu. Dále jsou pak popsané možné projevy rasové diskriminace v praxi, tedy diskriminace v pracovní inzerci a ve výběrovém řízení. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola, která obsahuje přehled možností obrany proti nerovnému zacházení v přístupu k zaměstnání. Praktickou část pak představuje judikatura. V poslední kapitole této práce jsou tedy rozebrány tři rozsudky týkající se rasové diskriminace na trhu práce, ve kterých se uplatňují některé teoretické poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of racial discrimination in the labor market in the Czech republic and specifically racial discrimination in access to employment. he work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the introduction defines all important concepts such as the labor market, equality and discrimination, the human race and ethnicity. The next part presents a summary of the legislation prohibiting discrimination in access to employment on the grounds of race or ethnic origin. Furthermore, possible manifestations of racial discrimination in practice, ie discrimination in job advertising and selection procedures, are described. The theoretical part is concludes the chapter, which contains an overview of the possibilities of defense against unequal treatment in access to employment. In the practical part is the case law. In the last chapter of this work, are describe three judgments concerning racial discrimination in the labor market, in which are applied some theoretical knowledge.en
