Proslul svéráznou povahou i nekonvenčním přístupem k řešení problémů. Tento článek shrnuje stručně jeho neobvyklou životní cestu a představuje čtyři vybrané oblasti z jeho bohaté tvorby: nadreálná čísla, teorii kombinatorických her, hru života a klasifikaci sporadických grup. | cs |
