dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem procesní inovace tiskových služeb ve Studijní a vědecké knihovně Plzeňského kraje. Na začátku je čtenář seznámen s problematikou inovací, její typologií, zdroji, principy a mýty. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat přípravu a realizaci projektu inovace tiskových služeb a zjistit, jak byla inovace úspěšná. Během předprojektové fáze jsou identifikovány inovační zdroje, analyzovány zainteresované strany, definovány cíle inovace, sestaven logický rámec a stručná studie proveditelnosti. V další fázi je provedena časová analýza a analýza zdrojů projektu. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje úspěšnost inovace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis describes the process innovation of printing services in Education and Research Library of Pilsen region. At the beginning reader receives the basic informations about the topic of innovations. Their typology, sources of innovation, principles and myths. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the preparation and realisation of the innovation of the printing services and evaluates the success of innovation. During the preparation phase the innovation sources are identified, stakeholders are analysed, the main goals are identified and feasibility study with logical framework are made. In the next phase is the realisation of time and source analysis. The last part of the thesis evaluates the success of innovation.en
