dc.description.abstractCíl mé bakalářské práce spočívá v seznámení se s významem podnikového vzdělávání, s metodami a jednotlivými fázemi procesu vzdělávání, a také se systémem vzdělávání pracovníků v Oršanském lokomotivním depu, včetně provedení analýzy, následného vyhodnocení a předložení návrhů na zlepšení tohoto systému. V teoretické části své bakalářské práce se zabývám vymezením základních pojmů vzdělávacího procesu a seznámením se s moderními způsoby vzdělávání, včetně vymezení vzdělávacích fází. V praktické části své bakalářské práce blíže prozkoumám Oršanské lokomotivní depo jakožto pobočku Běloruských železnic, zejména: oblast působnosti depa, základní údaje a zavedený systém vzdělávání personálu z pohledu samostatného podniku a v rámci celého koncernu. Popíšu zde stávající vzdělávací systém Oršanského lokomotivního depa na základě informací a norem, poskytnutých referentem pro přípravu personálu, včetně informací o identifikaci potřeb ve vzdělávání, plánování procesů vzdělávání a při jeho realizaci, vyhodnocení a konečnému návrhu možného zlepšení. Dále podle údajů dotazování zanalyzuji spokojenost se stávajícím systémem vzdělávání v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the education process in the organization in the state owned enterprise. The aim of this assignment is to research the system of preparation and over preparation of the personnel in the Orsha depo realways, to estimate it, and to offer my own ways of the improvement in efficiency. In the theoretical part of the assignment, basses on the specialised literature, are modern methods of the personnel training been described. Moreover the most important phases are been highlighted. The practical part of the given assignment is underlined by characteristics of the Belarusian railway unit, - Orsha lokomotive dep. The sphere of the activity, the main information and their system of education of the personnel, as a separate institution, as a part of the big corporation. Moreover, in the practical part of the work, are recent processes of the Orsha depo been described. Bases on the up to date information and normative documents, given by the engineer of the staff training and moreover by personal analyse of the state of the satisfaction by the employees, by the recent system of education in the amenity. The last part of the paper contains possible outcomes for the improving of the recent system of preparation and over preparation of the personnel on the government institution.en
