dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na přístupy manažerů k podřízeným ve zvolených malých, středních a velkých organizacích. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat přístupy manažerů k podřízeným ve zvolených organizacích a identifikovat rozdíly a současnou problematiku manažerských přístupů v jednotlivých oblastech v závislosti na velikosti organizace. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, věnuje se přístupu manažera k podřízeným, přibližuje komunikaci a motivaci v organizacích a popisuje osobnost a kompetence manažera. V praktické části jsou představeny zvolené organizace a popsána metodika šetření. Nejzásadnější část práce představují výsledky dotazníkového šetření, na jejichž základě jsou navržena opatření, která by přispěla ke zlepšení fungování organizací a zvýšení spokojenosti podřízených.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the approaches of managers towards subordinates in selected small, medium, and large organizations. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the approaches of managers towards subordinates in the selected organizations and identify differences and the current issues related to managerial approaches in various areas, depending on the size of the organization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts, addresses the manager's approach to subordinates, examines communication and motivation within organizations, and describes the personality and competencies of a manager. The practical part presents the selected organizations and outlines the research methodology. The most significant part of the thesis consists of the results of the survey, based on which measures are proposed to improve the functioning of the organizations and enhance the satisfaction of subordinates.en
