| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se věnuje outsourcingu logistických služeb. Práce je zaměřena na společnost Zaslat s. r. o. a její službu (brand) Zaslat.cz, tento start-up se zabývá zprostředkováním logistických služeb pro své klienty (jednotlivce, e-shopy, živnostníky, firmy, agentury a start-upy), k čemuž využívá své partnery (dopravce). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je přiblížen pojem logistika a hlavní logistické činnosti, dále pak outsourcing a pojmy související s dopravou. V praktické části je přiblížena společnost, její činnosti, služby, klienti a partneři. V předposlední kapitole je popsán průběh přepravy od jejího objednání až po doručení k zákazníkovi. Na to navazuje případová studie, zaměřená na e-shop Hyperelektro.cz., kde jsou uvedeny problémy, jež e-shop řešil, a jak k jejich řešení přispěly informační technologie. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by mohly pomoci start-upu být efektivnější. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the outsourcing of logistics services. It is focused on the company Zaslat s. r. o and its service (brand) Zaslat.cz, this start-up deals with the mediation of logistics services to its clients (individuals, e-shops, sole traders, companies, agencies and start-ups), for which it uses its partners (carriers). The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part introduces the concept of logistics and the main logistics activities, as well as outsourcing and concepts related to transport. The practical part introduces the company, its activities, services, clients and partners. The penultimate chapter describes the course of transport from order to delivery to the customer. This is followed by a case study focused on the Hyperelektro.cz e-shop, which lists the problems that the e-shop faced and how information technology contributed to their solution. Finally, there are suggestions that could help make the start-up more efficient. | en |
