dc.description.abstractMotivace hraje klíčovou roli v řízení lidí, neboť úzce souvisí s jejich dlouhodobým výkonem, který je zásadní pro plnění cílů podniku. Spokojenost zaměstnanců proto firmy aktivně podporují. Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací pracovníků ve Středisku volného času Radovánek. Zkoumaná organizace nabízí zájmové vzdělávání, tábory a provozuje dětskou skupinu. Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat motivační techniky dané společnosti, zjistit jejich účinnost a následně navrhnout opatření, která povedou k efektivnější motivaci zaměstnanců. Nejprve byla vymezena teoretická východiska tématu. Dále byla charakterizovaná zkoumaná společnost. Poté následovala empirická část a samotná výzkumná část. Na základě informací získaných prostřednictvím komunikace se zástupcem ředitelky a jednotlivými respondenty bylo zjištěno, že společnost motivuje své zaměstnance poměrně efektivně. Přesto byly shledány jisté nedokonalosti. Z toho důvodu jsou formulována opatření směřující ke zvýšení efektivity motivace zaměstnanců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMotivation plays a key role in managing people as it is closely related to their long-term performance, which is essential for meeting the company's goals. Therefore, companies actively promote employee satisfaction. The thesis deals with the motivation of employees at the Radovánek Leisure Centre. The organization under study offers leisure education, camps and runs a children's group. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivational techniques of the company, to determine their effectiveness and then to propose measures that will lead to more effective employee motivation. First, the theoretical background of the topic was defined. Next, the company under study was characterized. This was followed by the empirical part and the research part itself. Based on the information obtained through communication with the deputy director and individual respondents, it was found that the company motivates its employees quite effectively. Nevertheless, some imperfections were found. Hence, measures are formulated to improve the effectiveness of employee motivation.en
