dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá otázkou použití hudby v procesu koncentrace a relaxace s přesahem do obecného působení hudby na lidské tělo i mysl. Jaké charakteristické vlastnosti hudba vhodná k relaxaci či koncentraci má nebo naopak nemá a do jaké míry se tyto vlastnosti dají generalizovat. Vycházejíc z předešlých výzkumů, studií a literatury, zaměřujeme se na otázku sluchové percepce a jak je provázaná s preferencí hudby či ticha při náročné práci vyžadující koncentraci. Sluchová percepce je syntéza hudebních schopností a dovedností společně s biologickými a socio-kulturními předpoklady. Zaměřujeme se zejména na pedagogickou praxi a její možná východiska, vyplývající z výsledků výzkumu. Koncentrace a relaxace jsou ve školní výuce i ve všedním životě velmi důležité. Hudba je může podpořit ale i zhoršit. Učitel hudební výchovy má příležitost vézt své studenty, ukázat jim potenciál dané hudby. Jak hudba může podpořit procesy koncentrace a relaxace a jak studenty může vézt k vylepšení jejich učebních schopností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the question of using music in the processes of concentration and relaxation as well as general overview of the effects that music has on human body and mind. Which characteristics the music proper for concentration or relaxation has or doesn't have and if there are any general qualities of such music. Based on the earlier researches, studies and an appropriate literature, we focus on the question of sound perception and how it is related to the preference of music or silence during the work demanding a great deal of concentration. Sound perception is a synthesis of the musical abilities and skills as well as the biological conditions and socio-cultural context. We pay our attention especially to the pedagogical practice and how the results might affect it. The concentration and relaxation is very important in the school education as well as in the everyday life. Music can encourage these processes but the wrong one can make them ineffective. The teacher of the music has the opportunity to lead the students and to show them the potential of the music; how it can develop their abilities of concentration and relaxation and therefore lead them to the improvement of their learning skills.en
