| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je realizace podpůrná opatření u dětí s tělesným postižením v MŠ. Cílem této práce bylo zanalyzovat současný stav inkluze, se zaměřením na uplatňování podpůrných opatření a využívání kompenzačních pomůcek v praxi. Výzkumné šetření založené na perspektivě pedagogických pracovníků odhalilo několik klíčových výzev. Mezi nejvýznamnější patří nedostatek kvalifikovaného personálu, zejména asistentů pedagoga, nedostatečné finanční krytí nákladů spojených s individuální podporou a pořízením pomůcek a vysoká administrativní zátěž spojená se zajišťováním podpory. Zjištění rovněž poukazují na potřebu systematické metodické podpory a dalšího vzdělávání pedagogů v oblasti specifik práce s dětmi s tělesným postižením a nutnost efektivnější spolupráce mezi mateřskou školou, rodinou a školským poradenským zařízením. V závěru práce jsou formulována doporučení pro praxi, která cílí na zlepšení systémových podmínek pro inkluzi, včetně řešení personálních a finančních otázek, zjednodušení administrativy a posílení profesního rozvoje pedagogů a mezioborové spolupráce. Práce rovněž navrhuje směry pro budoucí výzkum, který by měl zahrnout perspektivu rodičů, detailněji zkoumat efektivitu konkrétních podpůrných opatření a analyzovat dopady systémových faktorů na kvalitu inkluze v MŠ. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the implementation of support measures for children with physical disabilities in kindergarten. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current state of inclusion, focusing on the implementation of support measures and the use of compensatory aids in practice. The research, based on the perspective of pedagogical staff, revealed several key challenges. The most significant include a lack of qualified personnel, especially teaching assistants, in adequate funding for the costs associated with individual support and the acquisition of aids, and a high administrative burden associated with providing support. The findings also indicate the need for systematic methodological support and further education for teachers regarding the specifics of working with children with physical disabilities, and the need for more effective collaboration between the kindergarten, the family, and school counselling centres. The conclusion of the thesis formulates recommendations for practice being aimed at improving systemic conditions for inclusion, including addressing personnel and financial issues, simplifying administration, and strengthening the professional development of teachers and interdisciplinary collaboration. The thesis also suggests directions for future research, which should include the parent's perspective, examine in more detail the effectiveness of specific support measures, and analyze the impact of systemic factors on the quality of inclusion in kindergartens. | en |
