| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce pojednává o hodnocení efektivnosti personální politiky podniku s důrazem na řízení projektů. Věnuje se problematice řízení lidských zdrojů a personálním činnostem v projektech vybrané společnosti. Práce zahrnuje analýzu a zhodnocení současného stavu. K dosažení cíle práce pomohla strategická analýza společnosti, praktický výzkum projektového řízení a personálního řízení v projektech, a dotazování členů projektů. V posledních částech práce jsou navrženy cíle, jež by mělo řízení lidských zdrojů sledovat, a opatření pro jejich naplnění. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented work deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of personnel policy of the company with an emphasis on project management. It discusses the issues of human resources management and personnel activities in the projects of the company. The work comprise analysis and evaluation in the current condition. The strategic analysis, practical research of the project management and of the personnel management in projects, and the interrogation of the project members helped to achieve the objective. In the final parts of this work are suggested objectives which the management of human resources should monitor, and also measures for their realization. | en |
