| dc.description.abstract | Článek je reakcí na zásadní nedostatečnost a zoufalou kvalitu kritiky návrhu věcného záměru civilního řádu soudního, tematicky se přitom zabývá sporností sporných řízení a jejich definicí (pojmovým vymezením řízení sporného), nesporností nesporných řízení a jejich definicí (respektive nemožností jejich definice) a rozlišením mezi spornými a nespornými právními věcmi jako základem pro určení, v jakém režimu má být ta která věc projednána a rozhodnuta. | cs |
