dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení lidských zdrojů ve zvoleném podniku Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současné nastavení řízení lidských zdrojů ve zvoleném podniku a navrhnout možná řešení. Analýza a zhodnocení řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku vede ke zjištění, jestli nastavené personální činnosti odpovídají stanoveným požadavkům a efektivně přispívají k naplňování cílů podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu, dle které vymezuje teoretická východiska řízení lidských zdrojů a jednotlivých personálních procesů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku zvoleného podniku a následný popis a analýzu personálních procesů v daném podniku, a to na základě interních dokumentů, polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Následuje identifikace hlavních zjištění v systému řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku a návrh konkrétních opatření pro zlepšení, zahrnující rozšíření systému nefinančního odměňování a zavedení pravidelného měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis is focused on human resources management in the selected company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current setup of human resources management in the selected company and to propose possible solutions. The analysis and evaluation of the human resources management in the selected company leads to the determination whether the set human resources activities correspond to the set requirements and effectively contribute to the fulfilment of the company objectives. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on professional literature, according to which it defines the theoretical basis of human resource management and individual personnel processes. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected company and the subsequent description and analysis of HR processes in the company, based on internal documents, semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey among employees. This is followed by the identification of the main findings in the company's human resource management system and the proposal of specific recommendations for improvement, including the extension of the non-financial reward system and the introduction of regular measurement of employee satisfaction.en
