dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poradenských strategií pedagogicko-psychologických poraden v Plzeňském kraji s ohledem na inkluzi ve vzdělávání. Cílem této práce je identifikovat inkluzivní poradenské strategie, překážky při jejich nastavování a doporučení ke zlepšení těchto strategií. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o možnostech vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Dále definuje klíčové pojmy v oblasti inkluze a inkluzivních strategií. Popisuje roli poradenských zařízení v inkluzivním vzdělávání a činnost pedagogicko-psychologických poraden. Empirická část práce se věnuje realizaci výzkumného šetření. Pro účely této práce byl zvolen smíšený výzkum, který kombinoval tři metody - rozhovory s pracovníky, dotazníkové šetření s pedagogy na základních školách v Plzeňském kraji a analýzu doporučení vydaných pedagogicko-psychologickými poradnami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of counselling strategies of pedagogical-psychological counselling centres in the Pilsen region with regard to inclusion in education. The aim of this thesis is to identify inclusive counselling strategies, obstacles in their setting and recommendations for improvement of these strategies. The theoretical part presents information about the possibilities of education of pupils with special educational needs. It also defines key concepts in the field of inclusion and inclusive strategies. Furthermore, it describes the role of counselling centres in inclusive education and the work of pedagogical-psychological counselling centres. The empirical part of the thesis is devoted to the implementation of the research. For the purposes of this thesis, a mixed research design was chosen, which combined three methods - interviews with counselling centre staff, a questionnaire survey with teachers at primary schools in the Pilsen region and analysis of recommendations issued by pedagogical-psychological counselling centres.en
