dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá připraveností lidských zdrojů na plnění strategických cílů organizace. Cílem práce je zjistit mezeru mezi současnou a požadovanou připraveností strategických skupin pracovníků společnosti PILSEN STEEL s. r. o. pro plnění jejích strategických cílů a na základě plánů společnosti vytvořit doplňující návrhy pro odstranění této mezery. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část je věnována popisu společnosti, jejího prostředí a strategického záměru rozebíraného dále pomocí metodiky Balanced Scorecard pro zjištění vlivu vzdělanosti pracovníků na strategické cíle společnosti. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu a zhodnocení podnikového vzdělávacího systému v kontextu jeho strategických cílů. Třetí část je zaměřena na strategické skupiny pracovníků a jejich současnou a požadovanou připravenost pro plnění strategických cílů společnosti a na plány společnosti pro odstranění mezery mezi připravenostmi. Poslední část se zabývá vlastními návrhy na doplnění plánů společnosti pro zvýšení kompetencí pracovníků pro podporu naplnění strategických cílů společnosti a posílení její konkurenceschopnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with preparedness and readiness of human resources to fulfil the strategic goals of an organization. The goal of this thesis is to find the gap between current and required preparedness of the strategic groups of employees of the company PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. Further based on the company´s plans create additional proposals for resolving this gap. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first one describes the company, its environment and strategic purpose, which is then analysed by the Balanced Scorecard method, to find out the influence of the employees education, on the strategic goals of the company. The second part contains the analysis and evaluates the company?s educational system in context of its own strategic goals. The third part is focused on strategic groups of employees and their current and required readiness for fulfilling the strategic goals of the company. This also focusses on the plans of the company for resolving the gap between the preparednesses. The final part concludes with the actual suggestions for fulfilling the plans of the company to increase the competences of the employees to ensure fulfillment of the strategic goals of the company as well as strengthening its competitiveness.en
