dc.description.abstractZáměrem diplomové práce bylo popsání a zhodnocení vedení a stimulace pracovníků ve společnosti Manpower. Autor nejprve popsal charakteristiku společnosti. Poté se zaměřil na podnikatelské prostředí podniku. Následně rozebral stimulaci pracovníků a popsal systém vedení pracovníků. Hlavní důraz autor položil na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek v oblasti vedení a stimulaci pracovníků. Pro správně zpracování stanoveného cíle bylo zapotřebí použít dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory. Na základě výsledků uvedeného šetření autor navrhl oblasti, kde je možné zlepšit postupy v rámci leadershipu. K výsledným postupům uvedl i jejich hlavní přínosy a též rizika.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of diploma thesis was to describe and evaluate the leadership and stimulation of people in the Manpower company. At first the author describes the characteristics of this company. Then he focused on the business environment of the company. Subsequently he analysed the stimulation of workers and described the leadership. The author put the main emphasis on the identification of strengths and weaknesses in the area of leadership and the stimulation of workers. For the correct process of the specified aim it was necessary to use the survey and interviews. Based on the results of the investigation, the author suggested the area where it is possible to improve procedures in the context of leadership. The resulting procedures stated their main benefits and risks.en
