Abstract
Stať se zabývá ČAŘK v období od vzniku asociace v r. 1991 po r. 2004, a to na základě shromážděných dokumentů z těchto prvních let. Cílem činnosti bylo seznámení s různými tematickými oblastmi formou přednášek a diskusí a zmapování problémů tehdejšího stavu společnosti.
